It has two parking spaces, Wi-Fi, and a TV with firestick.

The apartment is furnished, decorated, and equipped with appliances and utensils for meal preparation. It also provides blankets and pillows for your convenience.

Bed and bath linen (bedding and towels) are optional and can be rented separately. Please request in advance.

Check-in time is from 16:00 to 18:00.

EXTRA FEE! The completion of the contract and consequent occupation of the property must occur by 18:00. For check-ins and check-outs between 18:00 and 08:00, the tenant must pay the attendant a fee of R$ 200.00.
