Beautiful apartment, 100 meters from the beach, consisting of two bedrooms, one suite with a double bed and air conditioning and another bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, guest bathroom, balcony with barbecue and sink, full kitchen, living area service room with washing machine and tank. It has a parking space and has Wi-Fi.

The apartment is furnished, decorated and equipped with appliances and utensils for preparing meals, as well as blankets and pillows for your comfort.

The linens (bed and bath linens) are optional and must be purchased separately; please request them in advance.

Check-out time is 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. It is important to be ready to leave 10 minutes before the receptionist arrives.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

EXTRA FEE! The contract must be paid off and the property must be occupied by 6:00 p.m. For check-ins and check-outs between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., the tenant must pay the attendant a fee of R$200.00.
