We are a seasonal property management company, and there are NO hotel services such as breakfast, linens, amenities or replacement of materials.

Cleaning of the space with linen change is by prior appointment and for a fee.

Check-out time is 08:00 to 12:00. It is important to be ready to leave 10 minutes before the receptionist arrives.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

EXTRA FEE! The contract must be paid off and the property must be occupied by 6:00 p.m. For check-ins and check-outs between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., the tenant must pay the attendant a fee of R$200.00.
