Beautiful apartment, 50 meters from the beach, consisting of one bedroom, one bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, living room with sofa bed that sleeps up to two people, one bathroom and full kitchen. It has a parking space and has wi-fi.

The apartment is furnished, decorated and equipped with appliances and utensils for preparing meals, as well as blankets and pillows for your comfort. Linens (bed and bath linens) are optional and must be purchased separately; please request in advance.

We are a seasonal property management company, and there are NO hotel services such as breakfast, linens, amenities or replacement of materials. Cleaning of the space with change of linens is by prior appointment and for a fee.

Check-out time is 08:00 to 12:00. It is important to be ready to leave 10 minutes before the receptionist arrives.

EXTRA FEE! The contract must be paid off and the property must be occupied by 6:00 p.m. For check-ins and check-outs between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., the tenant must pay the attendant a fee of R$200.00.
