The apartment is furnished, decorated and equipped with appliances and utensils for preparing meals, as well as blankets and pillows for your comfort. Linens (bed and bath linens) are optional and must be purchased separately; please request in advance.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people. Equipped with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. We do not work with extra mattresses.

We are a seasonal property management company; there are NO hotel services such as breakfast, linens, amenities or replacement of materials. Cleaning of the space with change of linens is by prior appointment and for a fee.

Check-out time: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. It is important to be ready to leave 10 minutes before the receptionist arrives.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

EXTRA FEE! The contract must be paid off and the property must be occupied by 6:00 p.m. For check-ins and check-outs between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., the tenant must pay the attendant a fee of R$200.00.
